Internship Details:
🔹 Role: Real Estate Listing Intern
🔹 Work Mode: Fully Remote
🔹 Duration: 1-month unpaid internship (followed by a paid extension of 3-6 months based on performance)
🔹 Stipend: Paid after the first month (based on performance)
🔹 Location Preference: Candidates from Kerala (Kottayam & Idukki preferred)
🔹 Experience Certificate will be provided after the internship
Responsibilities:
✅ Search and collect property listings from other real estate websites
✅ Call property owners/brokers, verify property availability, and get permission to list on Landora
✅ Inform property owners that listing is free and commission-free
✅ Post a minimum of 10 verified listings daily on the website
✅ Report listing details to the company every evening
Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Female candidates only
✔️ Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (12th Grade)
✔️ Must speak and write Malayalam fluently
✔️ Basic English reading & writing skills required
✔️ Basic computer skills (internet searching, posting listings, AI-assisted content rewriting)
Additional Information:
❌ No physical office visits required – Internship is completely remote
❌ No phone call inquiries – Applications accepted online only
❌ No guarantee for employment after the internship, but top performers may be hired as full-time employees at Nexnova
